Vicksburg emergency medical personnel tend to John Gaines, 64, Clinton, after he lost control of his Harley-Davidson motorcycle just after he crossed the Mississippi River headed into Vicksburg at about noon Monday, said Vicksburg Police Department traffic officer Eric Paymon. Gaines was treated and released from River Region Medical Center.
