The city of Vicksburg will cut off water service in the area around the intersection of Bowmar Avenue and Letitia Street beginning 8 a.m. Friday for about two hours to replace a fire hydrant at the corner of Bowmar and Letitia. The move is expected to affect about 40 customers.
