A look at how players from Vicksburg-area high schools did in college football and NFL games played over the weekend:

• Mississippi State kicker Devon Bell (Warren Central) had three touchbacks on eight kickoffs in a 45-20 win over Louisiana Tech.

• Louisiana Tech cornerback Adairius Barnes (Port Gibson) had five solo tackles and two assists in the loss to Mississippi State.

• Kentucky safety A.J. Stamps (Vicksburg High) had five total tackles and one pass breakup in a 30-27 loss to Auburn.

• Belhaven offensive lineman Steve Cooper (Vicksburg High) started at left guard and helped the Blazers beat Warner University 42-33 for their first win of the season.

• Southern Miss offensive lineman Norman Price (Vicksburg High) started at right tackle and paved the way for a pair of 100-yard rushers in a 32-10 win over Texas-San Antonio.

• Delta State linebacker Ledarion Robinson (Hinds AHS) had four total tackles in a 28-7 loss to West Georgia.

• New England Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler (Vicksburg High) had seven solo tackles and an assist in a 34-27 win over Indianapolis.
