The Order of the Eastern Star New Vicksburg No. 1, Vicksburg Consistory No. 110, Sheriff Martin Pace and staff, the Rev. Ernest Hall, Omicron Rho Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha, Eta Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, NAACP and Dr. Kenya Gaskin, and our sisters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., who were able to participate.
