Area firefighters are on the scene of a fire at the Tyson Foods Inc.’s Vicksburg plant, located near Flowers.

The fire is apparently under control, and no injuries have been reported.

One worker said the fire broke out after some kind of an explosion in the Fulton building. Workers were evacuated.
