Warren County woman seriously injured in Friday afternoon wreck on Oak Ridge

A Warren County woman was transported directly to the University of Mississippi Medical Center Friday afternoon following a wreck on Oak Ridge Road near the Wilson Ver Beck YMCA Pool facility.

At around 5 p.m., multiple first responder units were dispatched to a call in the 1800 block of Oak Ridge Road. When there, they found a Cadillac SUV overturned and the driver some distance from the vehicle.

It appeared the vehicle had rolled a number of times before it struck a tree. During the wreck, the driver, 47-year-old Trivia Watts, was ejected.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace did not go into details as to any of Watts’ injuries but said they appeared serious.
