State will not report COVID-19 cases until Monday

State health officials announced early Sunday they would not report COVID-19 numbers until Monday.

“Our reporting of COVID-19 cases and deaths will resume on Monday. We’ll publish daily data for both October 24 and 25 tomorrow, along with updated tables and charts,” the agency said in a social media post.

Saturday, the state reported five new cases in Warren County, bringing the total number of cases reported in the county since the start of the pandemic to 1,548 cases.

The first case reported in Warren County was on March 29. The county has also reported 55 deaths connected to the virus.

During the month of October, the county has seen 130 cases, an average of 5.4 new cases per day.
