Who’s Hot: Cynia Johnson

Vicksburg High’s Cynia Johnson will play in the Mississippi Association of Coaches girls basketball all-star game Saturday at 4 p.m. at Mississippi College in Clinton.

Johnson, a 5-foot-10 junior forward, averaged 10 points and nine rebounds per game this season.

The MAC Mississippi North/South All-Star games will begin at noon on Saturday, with the Class 1A/2A/3A/4A girls game. The boys all-stars from the same classifications will play at 2 p.m.

The Class 5A/6A/7A girls all-stars are up next at 4 p.m., followed by the 5A/6A/7A boys at 6.

Admission is $10, and is good for all four games. They canbe purchased at the door or through GoFan.co. The games will also be streamed on the Friday Night Under the Lights website (fnutl.com) and app that is available on Apple TV, Roku and Firestick. They can also be streamed on the MAC Network through the MAC website.
