LOIS LaHATTE CRINER

Lois LaHatte Criner died Friday, Aug. 24, 2001, at Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Fla. She was 93.

Mrs. Criner moved to Sparr, Fla., from Vicksburg, her birthplace, one month ago. She was a retired U.S. government clerk for mail and records and a member of Crawford Street United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Criner was preceded in death by her husband, Carl T. Criner Sr.; her parents, Juanita and Henry Burdge LaHatte; and two sisters, Muriel LaHatte and Vivian LaHatte.

She is survived by a daughter, Joy Criner Pilcher of Sparr, Fla.; a son, Carl T. Criner Jr. of Baton Rouge; a sister, Joy L. Campbell of El Cerrito, Calif.; three grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.

Hiers Funeral Home of Ocala has charge of arrangements.
