There is a threat of hazardous weather in Warren County Thursday and Friday, according to Warren County Emergency Management Director John Elfer and the National Weather Service.

The potential severe weather exists mainly for the afternoon, but could arise at any time.

“There are some chances for some isolated severe thunderstorms primarily for Thursday and Friday,” Elfer said. “However, with the summertime weather pattern, these storms could pop up anytime.  These storms can cause damage and be dangerous and we encourage everyone to pay attention to changing weather, especially if you are outdoors.”
