Section of Culkin Road to close Thursday

Culkin Road between Robert E. Lee Boulevard and Cobblestone Drive will be closed starting at 7 a.m. Thursday through Saturday while crews for AT&T work in a cellular tower, according to information from Warren County Emergency Management.
